Dennis and I meet in Bakersfield Ca. on June 23 1974...his brother James was with him,a friend introduced us,was asked if wanted to sit in fronyt or back,I ended up riding in the back seat with his brother James.As Dennis was driving he kept looking in the rear view mirror,I would look up our eyes would meet,he would wink,this kept up til we got to Hart Park.James and the friend went and did whatever,Dennis asked me if I wanted a Pop,I asked what? He said you know a soda, something to drink.it went from there...Dennis asked me to marry him on July 3rd over the phone,I told him if you mean it,ask me in person..he asked me to be his wife in person on july 4 1974.We got married Oct. 26 1974.. will always Love You Honey,Miss You Very Much.The day we got married was the best day of my Life.Forever Your Loving Wife Shirley
